This section contains information on title insurance rates presently filed with the Colorado Division of Insurance. Please note that the following discussion is a summary of rate applications. The exhibits that follow this section are the current rate schedules as they apply to individual counties. Rate schedules are revised periodically. When this occurs, we will update the schedules. A Warranty Title representative is always available to assist you in figuring the applicable rate or to answer any questions that you may have about rates.

Base rate is the rate to be charged when no discounted rate is available. It is sometimes referred to as the basic rate because it is the rate from which many of the discounted rates are calculated. The following is a schedule of base rates in the various counties though out the State for 2006 or earlier version ALTA policy forms:
